Dain Martindale
Owner, Martindale Hospitality Management
Dain Martindale is a lifelong Florida resident and licensed real estate agent who has been serving clients since 2020. His work in real estate and local business has given him a strong feel for Florida properties, client expectations, and the level of responsiveness owners value.
He entered the hospitality and property management space after working with a friend's short-term rental management business, where he saw firsthand how much communication, follow-through, and guest care shape the success of a home.
He also runs another Florida service business, which helped shape the same communication and follow-through standards he brings to Martindale Hospitality Management.
