Privacy Policy

Martindale Hospitality Management (“Martindale Hospitality,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or one of our landing pages, contact us, or request a free property audit, and how we use, share, and protect that information.

By using our website or submitting your information to us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, take our property quiz, request a free audit, or otherwise contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, property location or address, and any details you share about your rental property or your goals.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your device type, browser, IP address, the pages you view, and how you interact with the site. We collect this through cookies and similar tracking technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide the free property audit you requested
  • To contact you by phone, email, or text about your property and our services
  • To provide, manage, and improve our vacation rental management services
  • To measure and improve our website and advertising performance
  • To comply with our legal obligations and protect our rights

Advertising and analytics

We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and use the Meta Pixel on our website and landing pages. The Meta Pixel helps us understand how visitors interact with our ads and website, measure the effectiveness of our advertising, and reach people who may be interested in our services. Information collected through the Pixel may be shared with Meta.

You can manage how Meta uses your data through your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate our business:

  • Service providers. We use trusted third parties to run our business, including a customer relationship management (CRM) platform to store and manage your contact details, a website host, and email and scheduling tools. These providers process your information only on our behalf.
  • Advertising platforms. As described above, we share certain website activity with Meta to measure and improve our advertising.
  • Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Martindale Hospitality, our customers, or others.

Cookies and tracking technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and support advertising. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent; however, some parts of the site may not function properly without them.

Data retention

We keep your personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, respond to your requests, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Your rights and choices

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to stop contacting you at any time. To make a request, email us at hello@martindalehospitality.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails, and you can reply STOP to opt out of text messages.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

Our website may link to other websites we do not operate, including Airbnb, Vrbo, and advertising platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
