Martindale Hospitality is a boutique short-term rental management company. We take on a limited number of homes on purpose, so each one gets real attention.
Most owners come to us in one of two spots: doing everything themselves and running out of time, or stuck with a national company where their home is one of thousands and nobody seems to own the outcome.
We built Martindale Hospitality to be the opposite of that. We work the West Florida market specifically — the Tampa Bay and Pinellas beaches — so we actually know how these homes book, what guests expect, and where the local rules bite. That focus is what lets us price sharper and run tighter than an operation spread across the whole country.
The model is simple: a limited roster, clear communication, and a property run like a business — because our name is on it. You get a direct line to a real person and a home that's looked after, not just listed.
